This form represents an offer of sponsorship by you or the company in whose name this application is being submitted. It is not a confirmation of acceptance by Kauri Rescue Trust.
You have authority to act on behalf of the applicant in who's name this application is being submitted.
Prior to acceptance, this application will be reviewed by the Board of Kauri Rescue Trust and you will be notified of the Board's decision.
If your application is accepted, a separate sponsorship agreement will be prepared and signed.
No sponsorship payments will become due until such sponsorship agreement has been finalised and signed by both parties.
